Please read these terms carefully before using Grim Network services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Grim Network's Minecraft server, Discord community, website, or any related services (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account and User Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account and any actions taken through it. You must not share your account credentials with others. You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and our Community Rules. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: harassment, cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized modifications, scamming, advertising, or any behavior that disrupts the community or Services.
3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases made through our store are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Virtual items, ranks, and perks purchased have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of Grim Network. Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to modify or remove purchased items if they are found to negatively impact game balance or violate our terms. Chargebacks may result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Grim Network, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, code, and game configurations, is the property of Grim Network or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. User-generated content remains the property of the creator but grants Grim Network a perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content within our Services.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in activities that harm the Services or other users. This includes but is not limited to: using unauthorized client modifications or hacks, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, DDoS attacks or any form of network disruption, exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain, real-world trading of in-game items, impersonating staff members or other users, and distributing malicious software or links. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate action, including permanent bans.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect and store information necessary to provide our Services, including but not limited to Minecraft usernames, IP addresses, chat logs, and gameplay statistics. This data is used to maintain server functionality, enforce rules, improve user experience, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. By using our Services, you consent to this data collection. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
Grim Network provides Services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Services will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any loss of data, virtual items, ranks, or progress due to technical issues, user error, or other circumstances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grim Network, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.
9. Enforcement and Moderation
Our staff members have the authority to enforce these terms and our Community Rules at their discretion. Punishments may include warnings, temporary mutes or bans, permanent bans, or removal of purchased items. We are not obligated to provide warnings before taking action. Appeals may be submitted through our ticket system, but all staff decisions are final. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and that third party. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our platform.
11. Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services, in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). Users under 13 will be banned if discovered. Users between 13 and 18 years old should have parental permission to use our Services and make purchases. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of our Services and any purchases made.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Grim Network is operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

For urgent matters, please mark your ticket as high priority. General questions can be asked in our support channels. We do not provide support through social media direct messages or external email addresses.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
